The Outer Worlds 2 Card Locations Guide

Welcome to The Outer Worlds 2 card locations. This guide covers where to find all 125 unique Tossball and Pitchball card locations in the base game at launch.

Find and collect 100 of the 125 Tossball and Pitchball cards on a single playthrough to unlock the Whew, That’s Enough achievement/trophy. Unfortunately, there are a number of missible cards if you progress the story too far or make some choices. This guide will hopefully help with finding the cards without needing another playthrough. You will want points invested in Observation early on to avoid missing a card in Vox Relay. You will not be able to return to.

Collectible Build

If you want to do a full playthrough where you find the cards on your own, create a new Story playthrough and concentrate on thoroughly searching all areas that later get blocked.

Background

• Ex-Convict helps to acquire at least one card.

Traits

• Brawny to open doors making it so you don’t need Engineering. Note any engineering levels needed for the doors.

Skills

• Observation to find hidden doors.
• Lockpicking to open doors. Note what levels are needed to open.
• Hacking to open additional doors. Level this up after getting Observation and Lockpicking high.

Perks

• Pickpocket to get cards on NPCs that you shouldn’t kill.
• Bag Check to see what items NPCs are carrying.
• Through the Keyhole to see what is in locked containers.

Southern Island

#1 Card: Samuel Chin
Location: Kill or pickpocket Befuddled Fisherman at the southern tip of Paradise Island.

#2 Card: Ben Hamilton
Location: About half way up the double jumping puzzle to reach the top of the tower to save the NPCs for the double jump quest, watch for a path leading to the left (away from the main objective). Circle the rock face clockwise and find the card on a chair.

#3 Card: Josephus Fielder
Location: Turn in 5 magazines to Redactor Quesnel to complete the second phase of her quest.

#4 Card: Trevor Swafford
Location: On the roof of a small building where 2 AC reps are talking to a resident. Use the cliff behind the building to reach the top.

#5B Card: Matthew Singh
Location: After acquiring the device, open the rift south of the central gate to the north. Take the card from Gary’s hand (his armor is used for another achievement/trophy). This will only appear here if you didn’t get it earlier in the game.

Crabble Farm

#6 Card: Robert Graf
Location: On top of the left water tank north of Crabble Farm. Go to the corporate camp north-east of the Arbiter Training Facility and talk to the person sitting on a chair at the entrance to the walled area. Tell her you cleared the crabbles in the area and she will add scaffolding to the tower. Alternatively, you can climb without the help by going to the center of the platform next to the left tank. Double jump onto the pipe circling the tank. Next, turn right. Double jump to the small pipe sticking out, double jump to the next pipe up, and jump to the left to land on the small pipe circling the tank. Save here. Turn around, double jump to the next small pipe, move forward and mantle to the final small pipe, and jump to the beam connecting the tanks.

Fairfield

#7 Card: Alex Wilson
Location: Stuck in a poster behind and to the left of the bartender in Fairfield.

#5A Card: Matthew Singh
Location: After finding the people in the cellar, Loss Prevention Officer Warren will talk to you. You need to tell him “More people will suffer the same fate as your friend if you don’t wise up and move on” and he will give you the card. If you don’t, the card will move to another location later in the game.

#8 Card: Mark DeGeorge
Location: Held by a scarecrow in the fields of southwestern Fairfield.

Excogitation Chapel

#9 Card: Celest Fairbrook
Location: Head toward the chapel northeast of Fairfield. Collect the card on a small table near the bed inside. This was added in patch 1.0.5.0.

Crabble Spawning Grounds

#10 Card: Sam Gould
Location: Destroy the eggs near the rift in the Crabble Spawning Grounds.

Ministry of Accuracy

#11 Card: Demi McDorman
Location: On the upper roof of the first building you enter at the Ministry of Accuracy (not the one with Inez).

Eden’s Bounty Agricenter

#12 Card: Sahil Shah
Location: On the rafter of the largest building of the Eden’s Bounty Agricenter (southwest of Westport).

Westport

Location: On a desk next to a computer in the center building of the northwest corner of Westport.

Location: In a chest next to the water purification device in Westport.

Arbiter Training Facility

#15 Card: Kyle Koenig
Location: Head into the building on the right in Arbiter Training Facility and collect the card on the table.

Northern Island

Location: On a body next to the water north of the docks in the southeastern area of the north.

Raptidon Den

#17 Card: Brittany Ollendieck
Location: Sticking out of a dung pile in the arena where you fight the Raptidon Matriarch. Take the Raptidon Den fast travel.

#18 Card: Daniel Cabuco
Location: In the Raptidon Matriarch’s arena. Jump up the 3-tiered rock platform and find the card next to an arm.

#19 Card: Tyson Christensen
Location: Look for Warden First Class Tyson’s campsite along the coast northwest of the Raptidon Den. Grab the card on top of one of his containers.

Skycutter A102

#20 Card: Chris Stanick
Location: On the deck 4 of Skycutter A102 sitting on a workbench with a few other items.

Location: On deck 7 of Skycutter A102.

The Bridge of the Reverent

Vox Relay

Location: Before entering the boss room in Vox Relay, go to the room on the right. If you have points in Observation (visible with 6, not sure of the requirement), there’s a secret room on the right wall behind the desk.

Location: Inside the locked room on the upper floor of the Landing Platform. You will need Lockpicking 5 or just wait. When you return to the area, it will be swarming with enemies and the door will be open. Open the chest inside and collect the card.

#2 Card: Nick Carver
Location: In a tent of a small camp in the center of the bottom of the map.

#3 Card: Kyle Wolfe
Location: Head northwest from the Nick Carver card. Look for crashed train cart on a cliff, on the window ledge in front of the entrance, you will find the card.

#4 Card: April Claudio
Location: Kill the Mega Mantisaur northwest of Zyranium Manufacturing VII for a key card. Use it or Lockpicking 8 on the nearby door. Collect the card by the lamp.

Matriarch’s Mercy

Warning: James Chea’s card can be missed if you progress the story too far.

#5 Card: James Chea
Location: In Matriarch’s Mercy, pickpocket Seer Landon Wiley, who you talk to during the main quest On the Trail of the Traitor. Toss a distraction device on each of the upper staircases so everyone is looking away and pickpocket him.

Location: Inside a trailer blocked by a Sub Rosa agent in the southwest area of Matriarch’s Mercy.

Extractorium

#7 Card: Rain Supple
Location: On the right side of the bathroom in the Extractorium’s lower floor.

#8 Card: Justin Britch
Location: From the Extractorium, go through the train station to cross the river. Then turn left and follow the path along the river until it dead ends across from the settlement where you help Tristan. Grab the card from the altar.

N-Ray Range

#9 Card: Marco Miranda
Location: Take the vent next to the communication device on sub-level 2 of the N-Ray Range.

#10 Card: Sound Martilik
Location: After getting the N-Ray tech, collect the card from a body while descending the broken stairs on sub-level 2 of the N-Ray Range.

Guardian Estates

#11 Card: Simon Smith
Location: Reach the top of the mountain southwest of the Guardian Estates fast travel. Instead of going into the large building with the bounty, explore the gravestone on the far end of the area and grab the card on it.

#12 Card: Kevin Andersen
Location: From the Guardian Estates fast travel, head northeast across the makeshift bridge into an enemy encampment. Collect the card inside the first tent on the left as you enter the camp.

Scrapper’s Den

#13 Card: Olivia Burkhart
Location: Kill Jan Dunsany (Matriarch’s Mercy bounty board mark) and loot the card from her just southwest of the Scrapper’s Den fast travel.

#14 Card: Geoff Schoffield (duplicate)
Location: Head directly north of the Scrapper’s Den fast travel and turn left/west between a few large rock formations. Among the corpses on the ground, look for an interactable pile of bones that says “Examine Bone Pile”. If you have the Keen Overserver perk, you will find a card in the pile.

#15 Card: Kyle Radue
Location: Look for the trench southeast of the Scrapper’s Den fast travel. On the west end of the trench is a large open area. Find the card on a bookshelf near a chair.

#16 Card: Phillip Chu
Location: Directly east of the Scrappers’ Den fast travel, look for a trench. Follow it all the way to the east where you will see a rift. Open the door nearby with Brawny or Engineering 8. Find the card sticking out of a book.

Fort Endurance

#17 Card: Liz Wood
Location: From the southern base of Fort Endurance, head west along the cliff face and enter a large spider cave with a small outpost just outside it. Run past the crashed drop pod inside and collect the card next to a body with a light shining on it.

#18 Card: Kevin Choumane
Location: On a bed inside a shipping container where the pets are located in Fort Endurance.

#19 Card: Greg Spyridis
Location: In Fort Endurance, enter the main building, take the stairs on the left and climb the ladder.

Fort Opportunity

#20 Card: Olli Machina
Location: From Outpost Opportunity fast travel, head southeast past the first trench, follow the road south until you see a smaller trench on the right/west. Go inside the bunker with the gambling table. Either use the terminal with Hack 5 or a high Observation skill to open the poster on the back wall.

#21 Card: Max Goeltner
Location: On the dart board of the same bunker as Olli Machina’s card.

#22 Card: Ryan Rodriguez
Location: From Outpost Opportunity, head southwest until you see an area that has been completely demolished. Drop down into the blown-apart bunker and grab the Outpost Opportunity Safe Key. Then head east toward the think green smoke. On the east side of the source, look for a body next to a partially buried safe. Use the key to open it and take the card.

Zyranium Manufacturing VII

#23 Card: Julius Thompson
Location: Look for a small power station southwest of Zyranium Manufacturing VII. While facing the station entrance, go to the back-left corner on the outside of the main building. Find the card next to a screen on the large square-shaped structure.

Alexandra Monastery

Warning: When given the choice, choose to save the hostages. Otherwise one of the cards later in the game will not show up.

#24 Card: Elena Sokolova
Location: While on the first floor shortly after entering the monastery, head into the bathhouse. Look for a card underwater by the drain in the left chamber.

#25 Card: David Vodhanel
Location: After passing through the Novice Dormitory and crossing the bridge to the next section of the Monastery, take the first right into the Abbot’s Quarters. Open the bookcase on the right and collect the card on the middle shelf.

#26 Card: Feargus Urquhart
Location: After ringing the bells in Alexandra Monastery, go inside and turn right before the stairs. If your Observation is high enough, you can open a hidden wall at find the card. Otherwise, solve the puzzle with 4-1-4.

#27 Card: Dennis Huynh
Location: After finding Feargus Urquhart’s card, go down the stairs and look at the display case in front of you with a weapon. Move counter-clockwise around the display case while looking at the crystals. On the back-right side, not far from the 2nd control panel, find the card sticking out of the crystal.

Decommissioned Autonomous Extractorium

#28 Card: Craig Tolliver
Location: Head to the 3 rifts west of the Decommissioned Autonomous Extractorium. Start at the southern most rift and activate all 3. After activating the 3rd rift, jump across the rift platform to a regular platform. Before continuing on, grab the hat on top of the box and find a card under it.

Location: This is the original location of Laela’s card. The dev team moved it with a patch. From the landing pad, head down the ramp and inside the building on the right. The card is partially under a folder on the desk. If it doesn’t show up there, you can find in on Praetor.

#1 Card: Lohith Haresh
Location: From the base of the Landing Pad ramp, turn left. Grab the card near the white-painted wall behind Huckster.

#2 Card: Jason Tucker
Location: Head down the landing pad ramp and walk towards the ACS Free Market sign. Then climb and double jump up the the left side of the sign ramp. Find a bunch of small bits and the card in the middle of the upper area.

#3 Card: Yilan Tang
Location: On a table just to the right of the Not a Weapons Store.

Warning: Purchasing Matt Booty’s card will void Anti-Consumerism if you are working on that achievement.

#4 Card: Matt Booty
Location: Show Fionna F. Walker your card collection on the upper floor of The Second Choice bar. She will open her store and offer to sell you the card and Spectrum Dance Saber needed for another achievement/trophy.

Location: When you first arrive on the ship and are greeted at Client Intake, go in the door to the Client Intake Office and head in the bathroom on the right. Collect the card in the toilet.

#2 Card: Llia Daryaei
Location: During Inez’s 3rd quest, pickpocket Willard Konnen to get his keycard. Then head to the exclusive bar via the elevator in the main hub. Use the vent near the ceiling as you exit the elevator to gain access. After opening the door in the back-right, find the card on the couch.

Market Compliance

#3 Card: Josh Huang
Location: Go to the shooting range in Market Compliance (south of the Head Office Tower) and go through the window. Grab the card from the rotating target on the left.

Auntie’s Office

Note: You will reach Auntie’s Office regardless of which faction you choose or if you go for peace.

#4 Card: Warner Scheibe
Location: On the guest table on Auntie’s floor of The Value-Added Esplanade. Gain access by doing the first 2 quests for AC or by siding with OA.

#5 Card: David Chan
Location: Open the vent in the back-right of the stage on Auntie’s floor. See above for access.

Location: Head into the small building directly in front of your ship at the base of the Landing Platform (to the left of the tunnel). As you enter, immediately turn to your right and find the card on a mop.

#2 Card: Logan Wall
Location: In a covered area of a trench just southwest of the Archive.

#3 Card: Gurjit Suri
Location: Inside the room on the lower floor of Excogitation Chapel in the northeast.

Laplace’s Garden

#4 Card: Josephus Fielder
Location: Go into the main building and look for Concillator Philo Tresmer in a room by himself. On the left side of the room, find the card on a small round nightstand with a gray bag on it. Note that this is a duplicate of the card received for turning in 5 magazines. They both shop up in your inventory, so they should both count.

#5 Card: Kieran Ahern
Location: Go inside Caffeintegration Point (first building on the left) and look at the left wall for a blue sign that says “Indulgences”. Find the card resting on the shelf above the sign.

#6 Card: Sarah Kouklis
Location: Also inside Caffeintegration Point. Head upstairs and find the card next to the board game on the table.

#7 Card: Emile Goulard
Location: Head east from Laplace’s Garden to the hospital inside the tunnel connecting the starting area to the rest of the map. While looking at the west wall of the hospital area, jump on top of the middle shelving unit. Find the card on top of a box.

Reasons Pass

#8 Card: Liz Ackerman
Location: Go to the building where you saved Marisol’s friend during The Midpoint to the Endpoint. On the second floor, look in the first room on the left. Find the card on the floor in front of the book cabinet.

#9 Card: Dylan Florence
Location: From the Reasons Pass fast travel, head south past Marisol’s friend’s home and down the cliff. Take a right and follow the path past a cave full of creatures. Continue on until you find a lone mine cart. Open in and take the card.

EARL

#10 Card: Leonard Boyarsky
Location: On a ritual table near the rift in the far south of the map, east of the EARL fast travel.

Sub Rosa Smuggler

#11 Card: Justin Hilton
Location: Pickpocket the vendor near the Sub Rosa Smuggler fast travel point or use Lockpicking 11 to open the safe behind him. Collect the card on the table inside.

Winter’s Grasp

#12 Card: Kate McComber
Location: On a window sill inside a small building south of the southern bridge. Requires Brawny or Engineering 7 to open the door directly. Hack 7 on the rooftop.

#13 Card: Stacey Craychee
Location: From the Winter’s Grasp fast travel, head east to the end of the dock and take the elevator to the top. Find the card on a table to the right.

Warning: Joan Lora’s card can be missed if you do not acquire it during the Midpoint to the Endpoint quest. The room will be sealed shut later.

#14 Card: Joan Lora
Location: While exploring in Winter’s Grasp for the Midpoint to the Endpoint quest, talk to the man behind the glass on floor 2 of Detrimental Cognitive Enhancers. Then get past both sets of moving lasers and use Lockpicking 7 to open the vault. Find the card on a shelf full of drinks in the room.

#15 Card: Aarik Dorobiala
Location: North of the southeastern Excogitation Chapel, look for a round cave entrance (there are a few caves in the area). Inside you will find a man in his underwear and the card next to his bedroll.

Southeast Excogitation Chapel

#16 Card: Alex White
Location: Inside the chapel, go to the back wall of the main floor. Use Hack 11 or Science 11 to open a door on the back wall. Look for the card on a few books laying on the floor to the left of the display case. Alternatively, you can use the Dumb trait to fiddle with the antennae outside the chapel to open the door.

Frozen Maw

#17 Card: Kelsie Mhoon
Location: While doing Inez’s quest in Algid Menagerie, search the open filing cabinet in Dr. Rasmunssen’s office.

Newton

#18 Card: Kevin Lam
Location: Go to the town of Newton east of The Archive. Head inside the building on the left and go up the stairs to the second floor. Work your way to the rooftop of the middle building on the left side of the street. If you have Explosives 11, Ex-Convict, or Incendiary Chef you can blow open the door on the other side of the street. Collect the card on the jail cell bar.

The Archive

#19 Card: Steven “The Chaos” Moret
Location: On a table in the building to the left of the Archive’s main entrance after crossing the large rift on the broken bridge.

#20 Card: Claire Nentarz
Location: Take the vent inside the storage room to the right of the Underlands entrance inside the Archive. Collect the card from a small table in a campsite.

The Underlands

#21 Card: Kyle Swaim
Location: In the Cloister Underlands. From The Archive fast travel point, turn left and take the elevator down. Next go inside the building on the left. Next, look on the right side for a small table with a kettle. Below the table find a card slightly under a gray bag.

#22 Card: David Szymczyk
Location: In the Underlands. From Kyle Swaim’s card cross the first bridge that leads to a square building. After crossing the bridge, take an immediate left and follow the smaller path toward shipping containers. Inside the final one, look for the card on the lower shelf.

#23 Card: Brian Menze
Location: In the Underlands, go into the other crate right next to David Szymczyk’s card. On the metal box in the back of the crate you will find another card.

#24 Card: Wyatt Martilik
Location: Before crossing the catwalk toward your objective in Cold Storage of the Cloister Underlands (Archive), turn left and find the card sitting on a small box.

#25 Card: Marina Bekeshko
Location: In the small room before going into the large arena with a massive mech on floor 1 of the Archive’s Reactor. Enter the room and flip the switch to start moving platforms. Collect the card from a chest on the right.

#26 Card: Deonte Lang
Location: Go to the southern bridge and look for a chair with a lamp on it. Find the card in a black book on a stepping stool behind the chair.

#1 Card: Dennis Presnell
Location: From the Landing Platform, head north along the eastern cliffside. Look for a small cave with water on either side. Find the card on a body leaning against the glowing wall straight in the back.

#2 Card: Blaine Hodge
Location: On the desk inside the office next to the locked gate in central Praetor. You will have a quest from Inez (Half-Truths in Advertising) that gives you the keycard to get into the facility so it can be filmed for media.

Northeast Lightning Tower

#3 Card: Susan DeVenero
Location: Next to the control panel of the northeast lightning tower (needed for another achievement/trophy).

#4 Card: Kory Molohon
Location: From the northeast lightning tower head west past some monsters near the large rock clusters. On the west side of the rocks, look for a blinking light near a blood stain. Collect the card on top of the satchel.

#5 Card: Rob Donovan
Location: In the camp where you find the missing part for Lightning Tower – Northeast. Look for a dumpster that can be searched.

Automech Production Facility

#6 Card: James Melilli
Location: In a locker in the locker room on floor 1 of the Automech Production factory.

#7 Card: Marchand Venter
Location: On the 2nd floor of the factory, find the card sitting on the console next to the switch that opens the case containing the Prototype Zyranium Armor.

#8 Card: B.R. Guthrie
Location: From the Automech Production Facility head east along the road looking for a large cave entrance on the right. Go inside and climb the rocks on the right. Collect the card from one of the nests at the bottom.

Tomb of the Matriarch

#9 Card: Chris Sosa
Location: When you enter Tomb of the Matriarch, go in the door on the right and down the stairs. Use Lockpicking 9 to open the 2nd case in the group of 4 cases on the left.

#10 Card: Matt Walker
Location: After disabling the energy field during Niles quest: Do More Harm in Tomb of the Matriarch, head down to the next room with a grid floor and traps. Find the card in an open filing cabinet drawer in the back-left corner.

#11 Card: Geoff Schoffield (duplicate)
Location: Find the card on a table on on the lower level of Tomb of the Matriarch next to an Auto Doc during Niles quest: Do More Harm.

Interstitial Reconfiguration

#12 Card: Kathy Ray
Location: Open the rift on floor 1 of the Interstitial Reconfiguration inside the room labeled Interstitial Weapons Development and collect the card from the table on the left. Grab Armageddon inside the same rift.

#13 Card: Brandon Adler
Location: After acquiring the ability to open rifts, take the elevator to floor 2 of Interstitial Reconfiguration. To continue, you will need to climb boxes and shimmy over a vent duct. Drop down and kill the guards. Loot the card from one of them

#14 Card: Chris Parker
Location: In the same room as the guard that had Brandon Adler’s Card. If your Observation skill is high enough, a door will open on the right wall. Find a note behind the toilet and use it to open the safe in the room.

#15 Card: Hayley Stone
Location: On the bed in the Security Chief’s Quarters on the 2nd floor of Interstitial Reconfiguration.

#16 Card: Eric Daily
Location: On the 2nd floor above the mess hall with a rift. Grab the helmet on the shelf between 2 beds and find the card underneath it.

Placid Waters

#17 Card: Andrew Erickson
Location: In the personal belongings room connected to the front office of Placid Waters (southwest building of Praetor) – Observational Oversight. You can also use Lockpicking 17 to open the door when you first arrive.

#18 Card: Jack Krawczyk
Location: Pickpocket or kill Head Refresher Gould in Placid Waters – Cognitive Easement.

#19 Card: Weston Mitchell
Location: South of the Placid Waters Wellnitarium fast travel point look for a few enemies on the coast. Grab the card from the table.

Central Control

#20 Card: Paolo Damaso
Location: Inside the shooting range’s front office on a shelf in Central Control.

#21 Card: Laela Russell
Location: On a crate covered in black goo next to the rift west of Central Control. This is the same card that stopped showing up in Free Market Station. The dev team may have moved it.

#22 Card: Peter Wano
Location: From the Central Control fast travel, head southeast toward an archway. Look for a small campsite with one NPC on the south end of the arch. Find the card partially in the fire near him.

Auntie’s Fine Product Revitalization Center

#23 Card: Austin Merritt
Location: As you enter the main building of Auntie’s Fine Product Revitalization Center, look below the lockers on the right.

Warning: Taylor Swope’s card can be missed if you don’t negotiate bathroom breaks.

#24 Card: Taylor Swope
Location: During the quest “Now Hiring: Invaluable Disposable Agent”, negotiate bathroom breaks for the workers. Then you can access the bathroom and find the card. It requires either Medical 4; Science! 4; or Brilliant. After negotiations conclude, look for the card in the sink of the bathroom (left after entering the main building).

Auntie’s Choice Chemical Factory

#25 Card: Dan Qiao
Location: Head around the outside of Auntie’s Choice Chemical Factory to the back right and climb a ladder on the tank. Jump to the yellow-marked platform on the back of the building and jump again onto the first tiered ledge (not the roof itself). Go forward and find the card on top of a book in the second nook.

Grounding Station

#26 Card: Nick Carter
Location: From the entrance of the Grounding Station, head inside and to the back-right corner. Then climb the boxes and crawl under the stairs. Grab the card next to a bag and locked box.

Northwest Lightning Tower

#27 Card: Cindy Tran
Location: Head to the northwest corner of the map and look for a large rock in the lake. Double jump to the rock and find the card.

#1 Card: Erica Wang
Location: After powering up the first platform and crossing over. Look for a vent to the right of the controls for the mechs. Take it and go down the ladder ahead. If you have a high enough Observation skill or if Tristan is in your party, a hidden path next to some equipment will highlight. Grab the card inside.

Note: This is also a great place to earn the achievement/trophy for shooting 3 grenades in the air. There’s an enemy on the upper balcony who tosses grenades.

#2 Card: Ryan Powell
Location: Take the 2nd moving platform across and slow a large fan. After climbing the ladder find the card inside a locker.

Warning: Siri Xie’s card will not show up if you didn’t save the hostages in the monastery.

#3 Card: Siri Xie
Location: After crossing the 3rd moving platform and entering a room with a blue walkway and a red pit, open the small box on a cart.

#4 Card: Chris Cheung
Location: To the right of the gun after confronting de Vries.

Eden – Point Obviation

Location: Marisol will ask you to accompany her to Point Obviation during her quest Endpoint’s End. After landing, head up the elevator. Then use the crate on the left and the structures to reach the top of the first building you see. Find the card in a nest on the roof.

Warning: These cards can easily be missed. They require siding with Auntie’s Choice and are found during the first mission for AC after the Archive: The Last Day of William Wray. Siding with OA or opting for peace likely have the same cards in different locations. I’m trying for OA next.

#1 Card: Geoffrey Fogle
Location: Before proceeding through the first locked door next to the massive drill, head back up the path you came on and hug the left side. Look for debris blocking an opening you can crawl through. Collect the card at the end of the path.

#2 Card: Scott Everts
Location: Kill or pickpocket William Wray at the end of the mission: The Last Day of William Wray.

Location: When you reach the junction where your allies drop off supplies on the right, look at the large lamp on the left side of the path. The card is floating in the air just in front of the light and is very difficult to see from most angles.

Location: On the shelf behind the desk in the doctor’s office of Skip Labs – Middle Level.

Providence

#3 Card: Shyla Schofield
Location: Inside the center crew quarters on deck 02 of Providence.
