Welcome to the Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight achievements and trophies guide. This guide covers all 52 achievements/trophies available in the base game at launch.

General Tips
- Disable Lose Studs When Defeated in the Accessibility settings.
- If you can’t stand quick time events, enable Automatically Complete QTE’s in the Accessibility settings.
- Play through the story mode to unlock features, skill tiers, and characters.
- Spend points early increasing your ability to increase the stud multiplier and maintain it.

- Purchase the Collectible Detective skill to see an indicator when you’re near a hidden collectible.
- New skill tiers unlock at the start of each chapter. Save some points to spend on the next tier.
- Complete fast travel locations as soon as you can. Once Batgirl is unlocked, you can complete the last of them.
- Scan frequently during missions looking for collectibles.
- Listen for the beeping sounds coming from Waynetech Caches.
- Always follow lines of gold studs. They will often lead you to a collectible or hidden activity.

Story Achievements
Beware the Gray Ghost!
10G – Complete Bruce’s Gray Ghost costume
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock near the beginning of the Prologue while searching the Wayne Manor grounds.
"A legend, Mr. Wayne."
20G – Complete the Prologue
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after defeating the boss at the end of the Ra’s Al Ghul mission in the Prologue.
A Friend
20G – Unlock Jim Gordon
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing New Beginnings during chapter 1.
One Bad Day
20G – Complete Chapter One
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the Chapter One Complete mission on top of GCPD.
"Hear me roar."
20G – Unlock Catwoman
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the Shreck’s Department Store mission during Chapter 2.
"Do I look like I’m joking?"
20G – Complete Chapter Two
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the Joker mission and interacting with the Bat Signal on top of GCPD.
The Boy Wonder
20G – Unlock Robin
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the Two-Face mission during Chapter 3.
The Dynamic Duo
20G – Complete Chapter Three
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the Poison Ivy mission and interacting with the Bat Signal on top of GCPD.
"Let’s see what Batgirl can do!"
20G – Unlock Batgirl
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the Firefly mission during Chapter 4.
A Grayson Graduation
20G – Unlock Nightwing
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the Mr. Freeze mission during Chapter 4.
An Endless Winter
20G – Complete Chapter Four
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the Mr. Freeze mission during Chapter 4 and interacting with the Bat Signal on top of GCPD.
Out of the Shadows
20G – Unlock Talia
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the Tumbler chase mission during Chapter 5.
Knightfall
20G – Complete Chapter Five
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the mission inside Arkham Asylum at the end of Chapter 5 which takes place after the point of no return..
"A hero can be anyone."
50G – Complete Story Mode
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the final mission of the game at the end of Chapter 6.
Collectible Achievements
A Watchful Collector
30G – Collect all Collectibles
Find and collect all collectibles in missions, the Batcave, and Gotham. You can track mission progress in the Case Log on the Batcomputer. After unlocking Batgirl near the start of Chapter 4, she can interact with towers around Gotham to reveal missing collectibles.
- Use your scanner frequently to look for objects hidden around your immediate area.
- Follow gold stud paths.
- Listen for Waynetech Caches beeping.
- Purchase the Collectible Detective skill to see an icon when near a collectible.
Suits & Vehicles
"I’m not wearing hockey pads."
50G – Unlock All Suits
Unlock all 63 suits in Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight. Suits are unlocked after completing missions, purchasing them from Bat-Mite, and by finishing activities in Gotham. Any suits related to special events or activities outside the game are not required.
"Wanna know how I got these cars?"
30G – Unlock All Vehicles
Unlock all 30 vehicles in the game. Suits are unlocked after completing missions, finishing activities in Gotham, and purchasing them in the Batcave.
Hidden Items
"This is too much power for one person."
30G – Collect all Red Bricks
Unlock all Red Bricks in Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight. Red Bricks are unlocked by finding them in missions and purchasing them from Bat-Mite. The final red brick will be available to purchase only after collecting all other red bricks. Make sure you return to Bat-Mite after replaying missions for them.
"You have a name to maintain."
20G – Open every WayneTech Cache
Open all 130 Waynetech Caches in the game. Caches are found in missions, the Batcave, and scattered around Gotham. Use Batgirl on the towers to reveal cache locations.
"The idea was to be a symbol."
20G – Collect 25 Bat-Symbols
Find and collect 25 of the 50 Bat-Symbols hidden throughout Gotham City. As you explore, look for gold stud paths leading to hidden collectibles. Bat-Symbols will not show up on the map after revealing collectibles at towers with Batgirl.
"Quite the collection, Master Bruce."
10G – Collect all Batcave Trophies
Collect all 22 Batcave Trophies in the game. Trophy pieces are found in missions and scattered around Gotham. Use Batgirl on the towers to reveal piece locations.
Too Many Questions
20G – Complete every Puzzle Room
Finish all puzzles in Gotham City. These include the puzzle rooms and Cluemaster/Riddler puzzles. Use Batgirl on the towers throughout the city to reveal puzzle locations on the map.
Progression Achievements
Skills
"Lighter, faster, more agile."
10G – Purchase a Skill Upgrade from each category
Purchase a Skill Upgrade from the Combat tree and an upgrade from the Exploration tree.
"Holy Skill Upgrades, Batman!"
30G – Unlock All Skill Upgrades
Unlock all Skill Upgrades. Skill Bricks are earned by completing each mission once and while finishing activities throughout Gotham.
Gadgets
Theatricality and Deception
10G – Purchase 3 Gadget Upgrades
Purchase 3 Gadget Upgrades from the Gadget Work Bench. The work bench unlocks during the Spelunking mission in Chapter 1.
Wonderful Toys
10G – Purchase all Gadget Upgrades for any single character
Purchase all Gadget Upgrades for a character. This is easier to do with any of the companion characters. The work bench unlocks during the Spelunking mission in Chapter 1.
Batcave Achievements
"I own the place."
10G – Purchase all Batcave Expansions
Purchase all 5 Expansions in the Batcave. Interact with each of the construction machines and buy the expansions listed below. This can be done anytime after the feature is introduced during Home Sweet Home. Each expansion will reveal collectibles like Waynetech Caches and minikits.

Not Just a Cave
10G – Place 5 Props or Trophies in the Batcave
Place 5 props/trophies on the customizable locations in the Batcave. This can be done anytime after the feature is introduced during Home Sweet Home.
"No, sir. The OTHER car."
10G – Purchase 3 Vehicles from the Batcave
Buy 3 Vehicles in the Batcave.
Computer Privileges
10G – Change the screensaver on the Batcomputer
Change the Batcomputer’s screensaver. While standing near the Batcomputer, press D-Pad Up to open the screensaver menu.
Challenges
Rebuilding Gotham
10G – Cash in a Challenge in the Batcave
Turn in a Challenge in the Batcave. Interact with the Challenge Board in the Batcave after Home Sweet Home and turn in any completed challenge.
Up for the Challenge
20G – Complete 20 Challeges
Complete any 20 challenges. This should unlock naturally as you work toward the other achievements/trophies and will unlock as you earn the 20th challenged.
Combat Achievements
Caped Defender
10G – Perform 100 Successful Counters
Counter 100 times during combat by pressing Y/Triangle when it appears.
"I am the shadows"
10G – Perform 10 Stealth Takedowns
Perform 10 Stealth Takedowns by sneaking up behind enemies and pressing RB/R1.
The Strength to Fight
10G – Reach Combat Combo of 99 hits
Achieve a combat combo of 99 hits. This is easily done near the end of the Prologue. While fighting Ra’s al Ghul, use the shuriken to slowly chip away at his health meter. Alternatively, in one of the larger fights just before the 2nd boss fight with Ra’s, stun league members and get 10 free hits on each. Before reaching 10 hits, you can switch to another enemy and back for more free hits.
Another simple way of earning this is to upgrade Jim Gordon’s Bouncy Gun and use it in Combat Trials. You can rack up 100-400 combo score depending on the trial.
Cowardly and Superstitious Lot
10G – Defeat every type of enemy once
Defeat each type of enemy in the game. This will unlock naturally during the Antifreeze mission in Chapter 4.
Gotham Achievements
"This is my city."
10G – Place a Pin on the Map
Place a pin on the map. On the Gotham City Map, select any objective and press A/X to highlight it.
"It’s not exactly a normal world."
10G – Visit every District
Enter every District in Gotham City. This will unlock naturally during Chapter 3.
"It’s a big city. I can’t be everywhere."
20G – Unlock all fast travel points
Complete each of the puzzles blocking the fast travel locations in Gotham City. Some early puzzles require character unlocks from later chapters.
"You’re becoming quite a celebrity."
20G – Discover 100 open world events
Reveal 100 events in Gotham. This will easily unlock while using Batgirl on the towers to show collectible locations on the map.
Activities
"Wouldn’t wanna make things too easy."
10G – Get 5 Gold Medals in AR Trials
Earn 5 Gold Medals in AR Trials around Gotham. This is easily done by using Jim Gordon and his bouncy gun. Upgrade the gun to make it more effective and look for combat trials. All other trials can simply be completed. Only 5 gold medals are needed.
"Hopefully, because he’s busy."
50G – Complete every side activity in Gotham
Complete every side activity in Gotham. After using Batgirl on the towers to reveal all collectibles on the map, clear out all collectibles and finish each AR Trial once. No need to get more than 5 gold medals. Once the icon turns green, you’re set.
"Is that like parachuting?"
10G – Glide in 10 different wind tunnels
Glide in 10 different wind tunnels. This should unlock as you participate in each of the traversal trials in Gotham.
Crime
"Gotham can feel a little safer."
10G – Prevent 30 Crimes
Stop 30 crimes in Gotham City. As you travel around the city, dispatch will report crimes with a red icon on the map. Prevent 30 of these and the achievement/trophy will unlock.
"Things have improved."
10G – Prevent each type of Crime in Gotham once
Stop each type of crime in Gotham. As you explore Gotham listen to the dispatch radio for hints at the following categories.
- Ambush (Normal): Respond to a standard call like a mugging. As you approach, scan the area for hidden enemies that will jump out.
- Ambush (Rocket Launchers): Similar to Ambush, but the thugs will all have rocket launchers. In my case, I went to the location of the call and there was no one there. I scanned the area and saw 3 rocket launcher enemies on a balcony above me. After taking them out, the achievement/trophy finally popped.
- Break-In: Stop thugs from breaking into a building.
- Citizens in Peril: Take out enemies that are bothering 1 or more citizens and talk to the citizens when finished.
- GCPD Backup: Help GCPD officers by taking out the thugs they are fighting.
- Getaway Vehicle: Destroy an armored vehicle and fight the enemies inside.
- Joyriders: Stop a civilian vehicle driving fast through the city.
- Mugging: Prevent thugs from attacking civilians.
- Scuffle: Stop 2 groups from fighting each other.
- Snatch and Run: Catch a thief as he escapes the scene of a crime.
- Vandalism: Prevent thugs from destroying the city.
Misc. Achievements
"I am Batman."
100G – Collect all Achievements
Unlock all other achievements or trophies.
"You either buy a hero…"
10G – Purchase 5 Items from Shops
Buy any 5 items from Bat-Mite’s shops.
"Does it come in black?"
10G – Equip a Red Brick
Equip a Red Brick by choosing to customize any vehicle or suit by pressing X/Square on the menu. Red Bricks in Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight apply cosmetic color palletes to suits and vehicles. They do not unlock cheats like in previous games.
Collecting Evidence
10G – Roll the camera over 20 degrees in Photo Mode
Roll the camera 20+ degrees in Photo Mode. From the Pause Menu, enter Photo Mode. Then press D-Pad Left or Right until the achievement/trophy pops.
Studs
"I’m good with calculation."
10G – Maintain Max Stud Combo for 60 Seconds
Reach your current stud combo max (2x, 3x, or 4x) and keep it going for at least 60 seconds without it dropping to the level below. This should unlock naturally during your playthrough. If you’re having difficulty, purchase the skill that slows the drain after starting chapter 4.
"Never do it for free."
10G – Collect 30,000 Studs within a single stud combo
Collect 30k studs during a single stud combo. This should unlock naturally as you increase your stud combo multiplier through skills.
"Life’s been good to me."
20G – Collect 1,000,000 Studs
Collect 1 million studs while playing Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight. This will unlock naturally as you play the game and increase you stud multiplier to 4x.
