Welcome to the Remnant 2 The Awakened King achievements and trophies guide covering all achievements/trophies in the first DLC released.

Introduction
The 1st of 3 DLC expansions for Remnant 2 was released on November 14, 2023. It added a new zone, Forlorn Coast, to the game. The expansion also added new bosses, events, traits, gear, and a new archetype. Earning all achievements or trophies should go fairly quick. 3 of the 5 can be earned in any playthrough of the DLC. 2 require specific dungeons to randomly seed when you reroll (won’t appear on initial playthrough) the DLC.
Game Stats
- Difficulty: 5/10
- Time to Completion: 6-12 hours
- Does Difficulty Affect Achievements/Trophies?: No. You can play the game on the lowest difficulty setting and earn all achievements/trophies.
- Missable Achievements/Trophies: No. You can reroll the DLC expansion world in Adventure Mode until you get the conditions needed for each.
General Tips
- Explore all areas of the map in your initial playthrough to ensure you don’t miss anything.
- Collect all Tomes of Knowledge (glowing blue) you see to upgrade your traits with the expanded cap.
- Focus on collecting the Ritualist archetype in your initial playthrough since it will spawn in the same location for everyone.
- Avoid joining the fight inside the factory as you work your way up to the castle. Fighting in the factory will void You Shall Pass until your next playthrough.
Any Seed Achievements
Regicide
75G – Defeat the One True King
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after defeating the One True King at the end of the expansion. The One True King will frequently teleport near you throughout the battle. During the fight, the One True King will swing and slam a massive hammer which can usually be avoided. When he sprays red liquid, keep moving to avoid getting hit. Aim primarily at his face for the most damage. You can also attack his hammer to weaken it.
At around 50% health, the One True King will become invisible and summon followers to attack. Use this as an opportunity to regain much needed ammo for the last half of the fight. Watch out for red light pillars that will randomly spawn around the arena. The king will also slam his hammer straight down and deal AoE damage throughout the room. Dodge as the ripple approaches you. Once the One True King is defeated, the Regicide achievement or trophy will unlock.
Master of the Dark Arts
50G – Acquire the Ritualist Archetype
During the first playthrough of Remnant 2: The Awakened King, the level layouts are static for the new zone. As such, follow the main objectives until you return to Forlorn Coast near the Drowned Wen world stone and have a clear view of the castle in the distance.
At this point, follow the path veering toward the right of the castle and you will eventually cross a bridge with many long barges in the canal below. Halfway across the bridge, fall off the bridge to the right and land on one of the boats.
Then, jump across the boats leading to the right and back into a small enclosed space. Inside a long corridor that dead ends, defeat a witch enemy and collect the Ragged Poppet attached to a pole behind her.
Next, return to Ward 13 and talk with Wallace near the docks. Exchange the Ragged Poppet to craft a Cursed Effigy which unlocks the Ritualist archetype and the Master of the Dark Arts achievement or trophy.
You Shall Pass
25G – Acquire a Reward from the Bridge Warden
After returning to Forlorn Coast and activating the Drowned Wren world stone. Continue progressing beyond the canal section toward the castle bridge high above. Shortly after the canal, you will reach a small save point. Go through the gate and look into the factory on the right, but don’t enter it or engage the enemies. You will notice there is an active battle inside and it is part of the Bridge Warden’s event.
Follow the path straight ahead and up a few ladders until you reach the top with the Mournful Promenade world stone. Directly ahead of you is the Bridge Warden. As you approach the warden he will say “You did not resist” and attack if you participated in the battle below. Otherwise, you can interact with him and exhaust his dialog. After finishing the conversation, the Bridge Warden will give you the Bridge Warden’s Crest ring and the achievement or trophy will unlock.
Random Seed Achievements
A Foul Feast
25G – Deliver Leftovers to a Reluctant Recipient
After completing your initial playthrough of Remnant 2: The Awakened King, reroll the DLC zone in Adventure Mode. This will randomize the dungeons connected to Forlorn Coast. Quickly explore the map entering each of the adjacent areas looking for The Great Hall. The Great Hall may be located inside the Palace of the One True King. If The Great Hall is not in your random seed, roll again until you find it.
Important Note: Make sure you talk with Leywise the scribe at the start of Forlorn Coast on each playthrough. Doing so will open up an important dialog option.
Once you enter The Great Hall, make your way to the kitchen which may be located in the basement. Collect the Ravenous Medallion on the counter behind the fire.
Next, take the medallion back to the beginning and use it to open the door to the feast hall. Then, talk with the Feast Master inside. Refuse to eat the food and inquire about the traitor by asking “Wait, who betrayed the One True King?“. The Feast Master will start talking about the scribe, Leywise. Mention that you know the scribe and the Feast Master will give you the Leftovers.
Return to Leywise near the start of the coast area and offer to give him the food. At first he will be excited since he is so hunger, but will quickly change his mind. Continue to insist that he takes the food. Once he does, the achievement or trophy will unlock and you will receive the White Glass Bead ring.
Succession
75G – Discover the One True Ending
After completing your initial playthrough of Remnant 2: The Awakened King, reroll the DLC zone in Adventure Mode. This will randomize the dungeons connected to Forlorn Coast. Quickly explore the map entering each of the adjacent areas looking for the Gilded Chambers. If The Gilded Chambers is not in your random seed, roll again until you find it.
Inside the Gilded Chambers, farm the tall elites in the area until you have collected 3 Crimson King Coins. Then, enter the chambers of the Crimson King at the end of the area and give him the coins. He will take the coins and kill you before leaving. Don’t worry, this is part of the process.
Now quickly progress to the Chamber of the Faithless and kill the One True King. After the king dies, rest at the world stone outside the boss arena. Then, re-enter the throne room and talk with the Crimson King. Doing so will reward you with his armor set and unlock the Succession achievement or trophy.
