Welcome to the Payday 3 Afterparty achievement and trophy guide. This guide will walk through how to setup and survive 4 waves of cops in Rock the Cradle on Very Hard. During the 4 waves of enemies, you can also pick up the Danger, High Voltage achievement/trophy.

Afterparty Achievement

This achievement/trophy can be accomplished solo on Very Hard during the Rock the Cradle heist. The quickest way to accomplish this is to get caught stealing the blue keycard and opening the VIP doo from the bouncers. Then, uncuff yourself, steal the crypto wallet, go loud for 4 waves, and escape to unlock the achievement or trophy.

Warning: Securing the crypto wallet will force the final wave and nullify the achievement/trophy if done too early.

VIP Lounge

  1. Head back to the VIP door, stand between the bouncers, steal the blue keycard, open the door, and wait to be cuffed while walking slightly into the VIP area.
  2. When the bouncers calm down, uncuff yourself (putting on the mask), back away into the corner, and loop the camera.
  3. Go down 1 floor and open the blue keycard door to access the switch room.
  4. The crypto room will be in 1 of 3 locations.

Crypto Near Accountant’s Office

  1. Open the grate and move along the duct work to the balcony of the accountant’s office.
  2. Head part way down the stairs and open the grate to the IT room.
  3. View the switch needed on the whiteboard. Once you have this, it won’t change if you restart from the pause menu.
  4. Return to the switch room.

IT Room Near Bathroom

  1. Open the grate and move along the duct work to the balcony of the accountant’s office.
  2. Head part way down the stairs and open the grate to the vault/security room.
  3. Open the door and follow the hall counter-clockwise to the next door.
  4. Go through the door and immediately into the bathroom on the right.
  5. Use the grate to view the switch needed on the whiteboard. Once you have this, it won’t change if you restart from the pause menu.
  6. Return to the switch room.

Crypto Near Kitchen

  1. Open the blue keycard room on the opposite side (stealth exit), and go through the vent in the back of the room.
  2. Turn left and move to the end.
  3. Then, drop down, go into the 1st door on the right, and use the vent to reach the crypto room. Make note of which switch you need as written on the whiteboard. Once you have this, it won’t change if you restart from the pause menu.
  4. Head through the kitchen and out the door on the far end to access the stairs leading back up to the switch room.
  5. Return to the switch room.

Loot & Go Loud

  1. Flip the switch, go through the vent, and move along the duct work to the balcony of the accountant’s office.
  2. Hack the computer to prep the crypto wallet.
  3. Return to the room with the crypto wallet, take it, and go loud.

Prep the Cage

  1. Run upstairs and toss the crypto bag to an AI teammate.
  2. Then, go outside and throw 2 of the cage bags to the other AI teammates.
  3. Grab the 3rd bag and assemble the cage, but don’t throw the crypto wallet in it.

Hunker Down

  1. Use the Blue Keycard to open the stealth escape room across from the switch room.
  2. Setup 2 turrets outside the room, and bring at least 1 hostage in the room before hunkering down.
  3. Wait in the room until you have finished 3 phases of “Police Regrouping“.
  4. While waiting, refresh turrets and keep your AI companions from getting put into custody.
  5. When the FBI van shows up, run outside, shoot the dish on top, then return to your base of operations.

Move Upstairs

  1. Once the 3rd “Police Regrouping” appears, grab the turrets and move upstairs into the room/hall adjacent to the dance floor with the loot cage.
  2. Setup the turrets outside and inside the room and survive till close to the end of the 4th wave.
  3. Then, run out and place the crypto wallet in the loot cage.
  4. Once the helicopter arrives, shoot the skylight above the cage and escape.
