Welcome to the Lords of the Fallen spell locations guide. This guide will walk through where to find all radiant spells, inferno spells, and umbral spells in the game at launch.

Refer to the Lords of the Fallen Achievements & Trophies Guide for a detailed walkthrough of the game. 

Radiant Spells

Collect all 20 Radiant Spells throughout the game. Most can be purchased from Exacter Dunmire or Stomund. Some can be traded with Molhu after unlocking specific boss remembrances. The rest are found while exploring the various regions.

Expanding Exacter Dunmire’s Inventory

While exploring the regions of the game, look of the following quest items and bring them back to Exacter Dunmire to increase his shop inventory.

  • Bloody Aspergillum – Pickup the item at the base of a statue when you enter the arena where you fight Scourged Sister Delyth in Pilgrim’s Perch.
  • Book of Sin – Soulflay an Umbral Belly in the lower structures of Pilgrim’s Perch.
  • Hallowed Sentinel Scripture – Found in a small cage near the top of Pilgrim’s Perch on a platform where you fight almost a dozen enemies.
  • Vanguard Barros’ Rosary – Inside one of the shacks that unlock after defeating the Mendacious Visage boss in Forsaken Fen.
  • Ravager Gregory’s Rosary – From the Vestige of Lydia the Numb Witch in Lower Clarath, take the ladder shortcut up and then the small ramp that leads to the rooftop. Then, collect the rosary from the impaled body on the roof.
  • Dark Crusader’s Call – Reward for defeating the Harrower Dervla and The Unbroken Promise bosses in Revelation Depths.
  • Umbral Tome – While traveling through Upper Calrath on the way to Sunless Skein you will descend a tall spiral staircase. At the top of the stairs, switch to Umbral and enter the door above the stairs to the right to locate the tome. Dunmire will move next to Molhu after giving him the tome.
  • Perception Wisp – Reward for viewing one of the stigmas in the Tower of Penance behind a wall that can be destroyed as you descend the tower.

Exacter Dunmire Spells

  1. Barbed Aura – Bought from Exacter Dunmire for 3000
  2. Cleansing Spring – Bought from Exacter Dunmire for 1200
  3. Healing Radiance – Bought from Exacter Dunmire for 650
  4. Healing Sigil – Bought from Exacter Dunmire for 1650
  5. Invigorating Aura – Bought from Exacter Dunmire for 1500
  6. Lucent Beam – Bought from Exacter Dunmire for 1650
  7. Radiant Flare – Bought from Exacter Dunmire for 500
  8. Radiant Slash – Bought from Exacter Dunmire for 1650
  9. Radiant Weapon – Bought from Exacter Dunmire for 1000

Molhu Spells

  1. Blessed Reflections – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  2. Briar Storm – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  3. Radiant Guardian – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring

Stomund Spells

  1. Orius’ Judgement – Bought from Stomund for 1650
  2. Radiant Orb – Bought from Stomund for 1650

Exploration Spells

  1. Aura of Tenacity – On the lower level of Skyrest Bridge near the cells behind some crates.
  2. Consecrate – While working your way up the stairs and fighting multiple enemies including an Abbess in Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, look for a covered area on the left with a red shrine and a statue. The spell is on the shrine.
  3. Divine Arms – Dropped after the Abiding Defender boss fight in Manse of the Hallowed Brothers.
  4. Lacerating Weapon – In a red room full of candles upstairs from the fight with Rapture Huntress boss in Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters.
  5. Piercing Light – On a shrine at a fork in the road as you work your way uphill in Fitzroy’s Gorge.
  6. Sanctify – In a chest at the top of the stairs following the boss fight with Pieta at the start of the game in Skyrest Bridge.

Inferno Spells

Collect all 20 Inferno Spells throughout the game. Most can be purchased from the Tortured Prisoner or Damarose the Marked. Some can be traded with Molhu after unlocking specific boss remembrances. The rest are found while exploring the various regions. This will require a radiant and an inferno playthrough to complete.

Damarose Spells

  1. Adyr’s Endurance – Bought from Damarose the Marked for 500 after returning the Adyr Worshiper’s Saw found on a red altar near the water lever in the Cistern
  2. Adyr’s Rage – Bought from Damarose the Marked for 500

Molhu Spells

  1. Adyr’s Vengeance – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  2. Flame Funnel – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  3. Infernal Decree – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  4. Infernal Eruption – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  5. Magma Surge – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  6. Pyroclastic Stone – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  7. Severing Blades – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring

Prisoner Spells

  1. Cataclysm – Bought from Tortured Prisoner for 8000
  2. Conflagration – Bought from Tortured Prisoner for 650
  3. Infernal Hounds – Bought from Tortured Prisoner for 2000
  4. Infernal Orb – Bought from Tortured Prisoner for 500
  5. Seismic Slam – Bought from Tortured Prisoner for 3500

Exploration Spells

  1. Adyr’s Authority – Found on a bookshelf just after opening a door to a grand hall with a fireplace in Upper Calrath.
  2. Adyr’s Hardiness – After defeating The Sacred Resonance of Tenacity boss in the gazebo of Pilgrim’s Perch, head up the short staircase nearby and unlock the door to find a chest containing the spell.
  3. Infernal Guardian – On one of the grate levels of The Tower of Penance, collect the spell hanging on a wall.
  4. Infernal Slash – While navigating the main path through the lava area in Bramis Castle, you will walk past a corpse hanging on an X with this spell on it.
  5. Infernal Weapon – During a Radiant playthrough, after locating the vestige in Bramis Castle, turn around and fight a Ruiner, then pickup the spell hiding in the steam behind it. If you are not cleansing the beacons, the spell is found behind the Shrine of Adyr.
  6. Lava Burst – Found in a chest in Lower Calrath just after climbing up a ladder and before pushing an unaware enemy off a ledge. Use the lamp to pass through the wall at the top of the ladder.

Umbral Spells

Collect all 19 Umbral spells throughout the game. Most can be purchased from Molhu or traded after unlocking specific boss remembrances. The rest are found while in Umbral areas throughout the game by using soulflay on umbral bellies.

  4. Grieving Gaze – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  5. Latimer’s Javelin – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  6. Lingering Despair – Buy from Molhu for 500
  7. Martyrdom – Trade with Molhu for 10 Umbral Scouring
  8. Painful Echo – Buy from Molhu for 1650
  9. Poison Weapon – Buy from Molhu for 1650
  10. Umbral Agony – Buy from Molhu for 1650
  11. Umbral Guardian – Buy from Molhu for 3000
  12. Umbral Orb – Buy from Molhu for 500
  13. Umbral Slash – Buy from Molhu for 1650
  14. Umbral Weapon – Buy from Molhu for 3000

Exploration Spells

  1. Diminishing Missile – In the Path of Devotion at the bottom of the hill after the Vestige of Dieter in Umbral before making a sharp turn left.
  2. Graveyard Fog – Found in Upper Calrath on the way to the castle in the upper part of the market. While in Umbral pull out 2 platforms, then climb the stairs near the stigma showing the Iron Wayfarer asking about artifacts.
  3. Misery Missile – Located in Fief of the Chill Curse inside the chapel with the Griefbound Rowena boss.
  4. Pestilent Blade – In Fief of the Chill Curse in the courtyard next to a barn where Drustan is trying to get warm.
  5. Putrefaction – Found in Forsaken Fen at the large bonfire, go into Umbral and cross the 2nd section of the lake. Then, collect the spell inside a house.
