Welcome to the Armored Core 6 achievements and trophies guide covering all 30 achievements/trophies in the game at launch.
Armored Core VI is an action mech shooter game developed by From Software in Japan. It is also From Software’s first AC release since 2013, and shows that they have evolved as developers. Since then, they have made a name for themselves among the game industry for the Souls, Bloodborne, Sekiro, and Elden Ring games. As you play AC6, you will notice subtle hints that come from their recent catalog of games.
Game Stats
- Difficulty: 8/10
- Time to Completion: 60-80 hours
- Does Difficulty Affect Achievements/Trophies?: No. There are no difficulty settings.
- Missable Achievements/Trophies: Make sure you select different decision missions during your first 2 playthroughs, and you should have access to all missions. Use Replay Mission to mop up missing parts and Loghunt targets.
- Bugged Achievements/Trophies: No.

General Tips
- Consider increasing the camera movement speed.
- Scan (D-Pad Down) to find hidden areas and collectibles.
- Complete all training missions as they become available to unlock new parts.
- Keep track of which missions you choose when there are decision options. These will determine your endings.
- Fly around as much as possible and don’t just stay on the ground.
- Don’t forget the melee is always an option to deal damage to enemies.
- Work on staggering large/powerful enemies with explosives.
- Look for opportunities to deal surprise attacks to unaware enemies.
- Try swapping parts if you die and reset at the last checkpoint.
- When selling parts, you gain all your credits (COAM) back, so consider trying out new builds to see what works best for each mission.
- Compete in the Arena to unlock OS upgrades.

Mission Achievements
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
Ayre and the Coral
15G – Clear mission: "Destroy the Ice Worm."
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after defeating the final boss of Chapter 3 during the mission, Destroy the Ice Worm. Use the Stun Needle Launcher on the head to take down the first layer of shields. Then, wait for the NPCs to handle the second shield and be ready to unleash on the head when it falls down. Repeat 3 times and the Ice Worm will fall.

Chapter 4
Into Unknown Territory
15G – Clear mission: "Underground Exploration – Depth 3."
Chapter 5
MIA
15G – Clear mission: "MIA."
Automatic story achievement/trophy. This will unlock after completing the first mission in Chapter 5, MIA, during the New Game++ playthrough.

Alea lacta Est
30G – Reach ending: "Alea lacta Est."
Alea lacta Est can only be earned during the New Game++ or later playthroughs. It’s unknown exactly what is required, but the consensus on the internet is to do the following:
- Attack the Dam Complex – Choose Accept and fight your two allies.
- Prevent Corporate Salvage of New Tech
- Eliminate the Enforcement Squads
- Coral Export Denial – NG++ exclusive and required for the ending.
- Eliminate V.III – NG++ exclusive and required for the ending.

Clear All Missions
Stargazer
70G – Clear all missions.
Complete all missions, including all branching missions. This will require a minimum of 3 playthroughs. Make sure you track your choices when presented with “Decision” missions.

The Perfect Mercenary
70G – Clear all missions with an S Rank rating.
S Ranks are earned by replaying missions from the Garage – Sortie – Replay Mission menu. Final scores are tallied based on time to complete the mission, special Loghunt targets killed, ammo used, and damage taken. With time being the most important factor in getting the rank up. Some missions cannot hit S Rank unless you take out key Loghunt marks.
Collectible Achievements
Parts
Weapon Collector
30G – Obtain all weapon parts.
Collect all parts under the R-Arm Unit, L-Arm Unit, R-Back Unit, and L-Back Unit categories. Refer to the Asset Holder achievement/trophy for more details.
External Parts Collector
30G – Obtain all frame parts.
Collect all parts under the Head, Core, Arms, and Legs categories. Refer to the Asset Holder achievement/trophy for more details.
Internal Parts Collector
30G – Obtain all inner parts.
Collect all parts under the Booster, FCS, and Generator categories. Refer to the Asset Holder achievement/trophy for more details.
Asset Holder
70G – Obtain all parts.
Collect all parts for your AC. Parts can be obtained by buying them in the parts store, completing the arena, completing the training programs, finishing al missions, and finding them in parts boxes during missions.

OS Tuning
Expansions Collector
30G – Obtain all Core Expansions.
Go to the Garage – OS Tuning – Core Expansions menu and purchase the first level of each upgrade listed.
- Assault Armor
- Pulse Protection
- Pulse Armor
- Terminal Armor
Tuning Expert
70G – Perform all OS upgrades.
After completing Chapter 3 in New Game +, the Gamma-Rank will unlock in the arena. Completing all arena challenges from both tabs will unlock just enough OST Chips to fully upgrade everything in the OS Tuning menu.
Logs
Combat Log Collector
30G – Obtain all combat logs.
Combat logs unlock after completing the 3rd mission. Look for special targets with the Loghunt icon, destroy them, and complete the mission to increase your Hunter Class. As you raise your class, new parts will also unlock. You can see if you missed any targets by going to the Garage – Sortie – Replay Mission menu and look for any Loghunt icons that are grayed out (incomplete). You need to take down 82 Loghunt targets to unlock this achievement or trophy.

Data Log Collector
30G – Obtain ten data logs.
Data logs are collected automatically through story mission progression. You will find 4 during the first mission, Illegal Entry. As part of the mission, Retrieve Combat Logs, you are required to find at least 5, but can easily find 1 more to unlock Data Log Collector. Scan (D-Pad Down) areas and collect (Y/Triangle) logs from wrecks.
Conditional Achievements
Armored Core
140G – Unlock all achievements.
This is the standard platinum trophy for PSN players and was included by the developers for achievement players as well. Complete all other achievements/trophies and Armored Core will unlock.
Training Complete
15G – Clear all training programs.
7 training programs will unlock as the main missions progress with the 6th training program unlocking after Operation Wallclimb. When the Garage – Sortie menu shows a new Training, immediately clear it to unlock new parts. After completing all 6 available training programs, the 7th and final program, Advanced Mercenary Certification, will unlock.

Testing Complete
30G – Clear all combat aptitude evaluation programs in the Arena.
After finishing the 3rd depth of Underground Exploration in Chapter 4, you will have access to all 29 arena aptitude evaluation programs. Successfully defeat all 29 opponents and the Testing Complete achievement or trophy will unlock.
Master of Arena
70G – Clear all Arena programs.
After completing Underground Exploration – Depth 2 during the New Game++, the final arena challenge will unlock. As soon as it does, enter the arena and finish off any remaining programs to unlock Master of Arena.
Armored Core Achievements
Hardware Engineer
15G – Assemble an AC.
From the Garage menu, choose AC Design – Assembly. Then, modify one of the Armored Core slots. This can be unlocked immediately after finishing the first mission by uninstalling one of the weapons. Once the achievement or trophy pops, re-install the weapon and continue.
Software Engineer
15G – Upgrade your AC’s OS.
Graphic Designer
15G – Change the coloration of your AC.
From the Garage menu, choose AC Design – Paint. Then, select one of the parts or Entire Frame to use the same paint across the full mech body. Next, select a paint category (Main, Sub, Support, etc.). At this point, either use the color picker to adjust the color or press RB/R1 to go to the Preset menu and select from a standard set of paints. Once the first paint color is changed, the achievement or trophy will unlock. Feel free to fully customize the color scheme for your AC.
